Made Just for You
Every Richmond Old School Bars piece is made to order especially for you. That means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size, color, or fit. We know that can be disappointing, and we’re sorry when an item isn’t quite what you had hoped for.
Please Check Before Ordering
Take a moment to review the product photos, description, color, and size information before placing your order. If anything is unclear, contact Lee first—we’re glad to help before your item goes into production.
If Something Arrives Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue with you and help determine the next step.
