Most merchandise sold through Richmond Old School Bars by LeeBOY is produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these items are custom-made to order, please review the product description, size, color, quantity, personalization, and delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns, replacements, and order problems
Because made-to-order products are created specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a color or style selected incorrectly by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or printing defect, or is materially different from the item you ordered, please contact Lee promptly. Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.
We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution. Please contact us before returning any merchandise, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Production, changes, cancellations, and delivery
Made-to-order merchandise requires production time before it is shipped. Production and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Product appearance
Because products may be printed, manufactured, or fulfilled individually, minor variations in color, positioning, scale, material, or finish may occur. Computer and mobile displays can also reproduce colors differently from the finished product. These normal production variations are not considered defects unless they materially affect the quality or accuracy of the item.
